Executive summary
Q3 revenues grew 18% year-over-year, with volumes up 17%, reflecting continued momentum from Q2, especially in Sustainable Solutions end markets.
Aerospace and Electronics divisions led growth, with Aerospace rebounding from prior year supply chain issues.
Medical segment showed signs of stabilisation, contributing to overall performance.
Financial highlights
Q3 revenue reached £84.5m, up from £71.5m in Q3 2025; sales volume was 1,238 tonnes, up from 1,057 tonnes.
Year-to-date (YTD) revenue increased 7% to £231.6m, with YTD volumes up 10% to 3,375 tonnes.
Average selling price (ASP) remained stable at £68/kg compared to the prior year.
Net debt at 30 June 2026 was £43.0m, with cash of £27.5m after paying a £12m interim dividend.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year guidance is maintained, with underlying profit before tax (PBT) expected in the range of £42m–£44m.
Initial cost savings from the Profit Improvement Plan will begin in Q4, with annualised savings of at least £10m expected to be fully realised in FY 2027.
Management remains cautious about seasonality and macroeconomic factors, including global demand and energy costs.
