Net income for Q2 2026 was $63.5 million ($1.08–$1.09 EPS); adjusted net income excluding non-routine items was $56.7 million ($0.97 EPS).
Results benefited from non-routine transactions, including a $73.8 million mortgage loan sale and a Visa share exchange, collectively increasing net income by $6.9 million.
Achieved strong loan and deposit growth, improved credit quality, and ongoing technology investments, including a major core deposit and systems conversion.

Financial highlights
Net interest income (FTE) for Q2 2026 was $168.6 million, up 3.1% sequentially and 4.3% year-over-year; net interest margin was 3.84%, up 3 bps.
Loans held for investment rose $35.1 million (0.3%) quarter-over-quarter and $448.2 million (3.3%) year-over-year; deposits grew $358.7 million (2.3%) quarter-over-quarter and $955.4 million (6.3%) year-over-year, reaching $16.1 billion.
Noninterest income for Q2 2026 was $42.6 million, up 6.7% year-over-year; noninterest expense was $133.7 million, up 1.2% sequentially and 6.8% year-over-year.
Provision for credit losses was a net release of $4.8 million in Q2 2026, reflecting the mortgage loan sale; excluding this, PCL was $4.5 million.
Efficiency ratio improved to 62.15% from 63.25% in Q1.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year 2026 guidance affirmed: mid-single-digit growth in loans and deposits (excluding brokered), net interest margin range of 3.80–3.85%, and mid-single-digit increases in net interest income, noninterest income, and noninterest expense.
