Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue decreased 4.6% year-over-year to $100.4 million, while gross profit rose 43.5% to $33.7 million and gross margin expanded to 33.5% from 22.3%.
GRE revenue fell 4.9% to $94.1 million; GREW revenue was flat at $6.3 million, but GREW gross profit rose 55% to $3.3 million.
Consolidated net income attributable to common stockholders was $11.4 million ($0.43 per diluted share), up from $2.3 million ($0.09 per share) a year earlier.
Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $7.5 million from $3.0 million.
Working capital was $199.6 million at June 30, 2026; cash, restricted cash, and marketable securities totaled $204.3 million.
