Executive summary

Financial highlights

EBITDA lag bei 59,6 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: 67,3 Mio. Euro), EBIT bei 28,7 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: 41,5 Mio. Euro), EBT bei 26,0 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: 44,0 Mio. Euro).
Konzernjahresüberschuss betrug 16,7 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: 29,8 Mio. Euro), Ergebnis je Aktie 1,12 Euro (Vorjahr: 2,01 Euro).
Eigenkapitalquote zum Jahresende 2025 bei 40,9 % (Vorjahr: 44,6 %), Bilanzsumme stieg auf 466,5 Mio. Euro.
Investitionen beliefen sich auf 58,2 Mio. Euro, liquide Mittel zum Stichtag 25,7 Mio. Euro.
Outlook and guidance
Für 2026 wird eine Gesamtleistung/Umsatz von 330 bis 370 Mio. Euro und ein EBT von 5 bis 15 Mio. Euro erwartet.
Rückgang gegenüber 2025 durch Wegfall der Doppelanrechnung und erschwerte Inverkehrbringung von Biokraftstoffen.
Für 2027 werden wieder steigende Erlöse und Ergebnisse prognostiziert, insbesondere durch hohe Auslastung im Anlagenbau.
