Executive summary
Total revenue for the first nine months was €163.6 million, down 8% year-over-year from €178.7 million.
Commercial revenue (ticketing and partnerships) increased by €4.1 million (+8%).
The decline in overall revenue was mainly due to a 40% drop in Ligue 1 TV rights after the early termination of the DAZN/LFP contract and an 11% decrease in player trading revenue.
Financial highlights
Ticketing revenue rose to €35.9 million, up 16% year-over-year, benefiting from a change in accounting for Hospitality revenues.
Media and marketing rights fell 14% to €32.6 million, with domestic TV rights down sharply due to the DAZN/LFP contract termination.
Sponsoring and advertising revenue was €21.8 million, down 4%, but would have increased 15% on a comparable accounting basis.
Brand-related revenue was stable at €17.7 million (-2%), with derivative product sales up 6%.
Events revenue dropped 62% to €4.5 million, reflecting fewer major events compared to the previous year.
Player trading revenue was €51.1 million, down 11% year-over-year.
