Executive summary
Achieved record quarterly consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,561 crores in Q1 FY 2026-27, up 33.5% year-over-year, with PAT rising 57% to Rs. 83.3 crores compared to Q1 FY 2025-26.
Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 were approved by the Board and reviewed by auditors with an unmodified conclusion.

Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter stood at ₹4.25 (standalone) and ₹3.61 (consolidated), both higher year-over-year.
