Executive summary

Assets under management and administration (AuM & AUA) reached €212.2bn at the end of Q2 2026, up 3% from June 2025, with net inflows of €0.7bn in Q2 2026, and over one million clients across diversified business lines.
Total revenues for Q2 2026 were €146.2mn, up 28% year-over-year, and H1 2026 total revenues reached €286.8mn, up from €248.1mn YoY.
Net profit for Q2 2026 was €97.3mn (+19% YoY), and for H1 2026 was €158.8mn (+3% YoY), with adjusted consolidated net profit at €178.4mn (+16% YoY).
The cost/income ratio improved to 27.8% YTD, 3 percentage points lower than a year ago.
Consolidated net financial position at 30 June 2026 was €604.3mn, up from €491.2mn at 31 December 2025, reflecting strong cash generation and asset appreciation.

Financial highlights

Performance fees in H1 2026 totaled €64.2mn, up 80% year-over-year.
Adjusted EBITDA for H1 2026 was €207.1mn, up from €169.3mn in H1 2025.
Dividend income remained stable at €43.2mn.
EBIT for H1 2026 was €181.9mn, compared to €170.6mn in H1 2025.
Operating expense for H1 2026 was €109.5mn, up from €78.7mn in H1 2025.

Outlook and guidance

Retail net inflows showed a notable reversal in June and July, supported by positive market performance.
The group launched a new Wealth Advisory business line in July through Kairos, already attracting over €1bn in inflows.
Management confirmed an improving trend in retail inflows and strategic positioning for potential banking sector consolidation.
The company continues to generate strong operating cash flow and maintains a robust net cash position, supporting future growth and dividend payments.
