Investor update summary
14 May, 2026Leadership and Team Update
New CEO Ed Loye, a geologist with a strong track record, joined in February and brings expertise in asset prioritization and exploration strategy.
The team includes experienced board members and a renowned porphyry systems consultant, supporting technical and market knowledge.
Asset Portfolio and Strategic Focus
The portfolio in Nevada includes copper, gold, silver, and tungsten assets, with a focus on Mineral County.
Current priority is the tungsten project at Crown Point-Defender, due to favorable market conditions and geological continuity with existing copper resources.
Other assets include gold and silver projects at West Huntoon and Omco, and copper at East Side.
The company is pursuing a multi-commodity strategy across 100%-owned claim groups in Nevada, aligned with US critical minerals priorities.
Farm-out and joint venture opportunities are being assessed to unlock broader portfolio value.
Project Development and Operational Plans
Accelerated exploration aims to define a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Defender Tungsten Project by Q4 2026.
Drilling and trenching at the tungsten corridor are planned, with groundwork for drill pad preparation starting in April and drilling targeted for June 2026.
Surface mapping and geophysical surveys of a 3 km mineralised trend between Defender and the M2 resource will begin in March 2026.
Additional assay results from new channel cuts are expected in Q2 2026 and will inform the exploration model.
Other projects will continue with limited work and potential JV discussions, but tungsten remains the operational priority.
