Financial performance review

Net income reached EUR 1.2 billion, slightly above the previous year, and adjusted free cash flow exceeded EUR 1 billion.
Tires achieved sales of EUR 13.9 billion and an adjusted EBIT margin of 13.7%; Automotive sales were EUR 19.4 billion with a 2.3% margin; ContiTech sales declined to EUR 6.4 billion with a 6.2% margin.
Dividend proposal of EUR 2.50 per share, a 13% increase from the previous year.

Several executive changes: Olaf Schick (Finance/Controlling) to be succeeded by Roland Welzbacher; Katja Garcia Vila and Ariane Reinhart stepping down, with Ulrike Hintze joining as Director of Human Resources.
