Executive summary
Q3 FY2026/3 revenue was 20,891 million yen, up 12.7% YoY, with EBITDA of 5,394 million yen, up 4.9% YoY, and operating income of 4,161 million yen, up 1.1% YoY.
Net income attributable to owners was 2,893 million yen, up 3.3% YoY, with EPS at 28.95 yen, up from 27.47 yen.
Growth was driven by existing businesses, especially Ties, and new M&A contributions, with the business anchored by the Life Service Platform.

Full-year FY3/2026 revenue is forecast at 28,000 million yen, up 10% YoY, with EBITDA of 7,430 million yen and net income of 4,020 million yen.
Full-year EPS forecast is 40.20 yen, with a dividend increase to 11.0 yen per share planned.
Q4 is expected to benefit from seasonal demand, especially in Vertical HR and Living Tech.
No changes have been made to the previously announced financial forecast.
