Project transition and funding

• Transitioned from exploration to a fully funded development company, underpinned by a 3.8Moz mineral resource and a maiden 2Moz ore reserve.

• Fully funded through to production via a US $360M debt facility, US $15M equity commitment, and A$125M placement at A$0.425 per share, conditional on shareholder approval.

• Placement completed at no discount, strongly supported by investors, and combined with cash reserves of A$119M as of 30 June 2026, with zero debt.

• Owner’s team being built, engineering and procurement advancing, with production targeted by end of 2028.

Definitive feasibility study (DFS) and project economics

• DFS delivers a post-tax NPV of US $1.2B, IRR of 41%, and payback within 1.8 years, based on open pit mining at a gold price of US $3,600/oz.

• Average production of 150,000oz/year for the first 10 years, with a 14-year mine life and a maiden probable ore reserve of 1.95Moz.

• Initial capital requirement of US $475M includes US $50M for strategic water and power infrastructure to support future expansion.

• Life of mine C1 cost is US $1,519/oz, all-in sustaining cost is US $1,696/oz, supporting strong margins.

• At July spot gold price, post-tax NPV increases to US $1.6B and IRR to 49%; at US $4,500/oz, NPV rises to US $1.9B and IRR to 57%.

Mineral resource and exploration

• Mineral resource estimate increased 29% to 3.78Moz Au, with 53% in the Indicated category.

• Maiden underground inferred resource of 560,000oz at 2.2g/t Au, not included in current DFS economics.

• Ongoing drilling below open pit and regional exploration expected to add ounces and extend mine life.

• Exploration licences cover approximately 2,700 km² in a proven gold jurisdiction.
