Q2 2026 revenues reached $3.8 billion, up 5% year-over-year and 3.5% operationally, with adjusted EBITDA of $1.2 billion and adjusted EPS of $0.69, exceeding expectations and prompting a guidance raise.
Strong commercial execution in Greater China (21% net sales growth) and Developed Markets, supported by new product launches and FDA approvals.
U.S. GAAP net loss was $119 million, mainly due to a $177.8 million non-cash charge for the planned sale of TyrvayaⓇ product rights.
