Executive summary
Net sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, increased by 8.1% year-over-year to ¥270,455 million.
Operating profit rose 20.1% year-over-year to ¥24,246 million, while ordinary profit grew 2.2% to ¥24,551 million.
Profit attributable to owners of parent declined 28.6% year-over-year to ¥11,679 million.
Comprehensive income increased 15.3% year-over-year to ¥16,684 million.

Outlook and guidance
Net sales for FY2027 are forecasted at ¥285,000 million, a 5.4% increase year-over-year.
Operating profit is projected to rise 7.2% to ¥26,000 million, and profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to increase 54.1% to ¥18,000 million.
Basic earnings per share for FY2027 is forecasted at ¥207.26.
Dividend per share is expected to increase to ¥70.00 for FY2027.
