Exceptional gains in FY26 included ₹87.69 crore from the sale of Dunsandle estate assets and other property disposals.
Outlook and guidance
The company continues to monitor the impact of India's new Labour Codes, with current assessment indicating nominal impact on employee benefit expenses.
No impairment loss required for assets held for sale, as estimated fair values exceed carrying values.
