Project overview and resource scale

• District-scale Dante Project in Western Australia hosts multiple large mineral systems with significant exploration upside and a 148Mt resource at 1.38% CuEq across Ti, V, Cu, Au, and PGM commodities.

• The project features high-grade PGE-Cu-Ni discoveries at the Southwest prospect, with intersections up to 52.97g/t PGE3 and thick, high-grade titanium-vanadium-gallium mineralisation from surface.

• Less than 5% of the outcropping strike has been drilled, indicating substantial untested potential.

• The mineralisation is laterally extensive, shallow dipping, and potentially amenable to open-pit mining.

• The project is located in a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction with strong regulatory stability and infrastructure.

Exploration results and discoveries

• Southwest prospect drilling returned 35m @ 2.90g/t PGE3, including 1m @ 52.97g/t PGE3, among the highest global grades.

• SW6 discovery includes 61m @ 1.41g/t PGE3, 0.13% Cu, 0.19% Ni, and 0.3m @ 31.1g/t PGE3, 0.55% Cu, 1.31% Ni.

• Dante Reefs MRE totals 1.6Moz PGE3, 22Mt TiO2, 270kt Cu, and 800kt V2O5, with ongoing upgrades.

• High-grade titanium-vanadium-gallium discoveries include intervals such as 33m @ 14.7% TiO2, 0.57% V2O5, 52ppm Ga2O3.

• Five drill rigs are mobilised to accelerate resource expansion and definition, with a maiden Southwest MRE targeted for H2 2026.

Metallurgy and development pathway

• Metallurgical testwork demonstrates high recoveries and production of three high-grade concentrates: Cu-Au-PGM, titanium-heavy mineral, and vanadium.

• Ongoing drilling and strong metallurgy support resource growth and the potential for low-cost processing.

• Pre-feasibility study is targeted for 2027, with continuous metallurgical studies and resource upgrades planned.

• The project offers diversified exposure to critical and precious metals, including copper, PGEs, vanadium, and titanium.
