Project highlights and discovery

• Sunday Creek is a high-grade gold and antimony discovery located 60 km north of Melbourne, with over 3,500 acres of freehold land acquired and 100% ownership with no commercial royalties.

• The deposit is considered a geological twin to Fosterville, within the same corridor as Costerfield, and has over 11 km of strike length, of which only 10% has been tested.

• Over 130.6 km of drilling completed since late 2020, with plans to expand to 24 rigs and 200 km of drilling by Q1 2027.

• The project is building towards a multimillion-ounce, 10-g/t gold resource, with an exploration target of 3.0–4.6 Moz AuEq at 8.9–12.1 g/t AuEq.

• The asset is differentiated by its strategic antimony, a defense-critical mineral, with 110 intercepts exceeding 10% Sb and top grades up to 56.5% Sb.

Financial position and development plans

• Dual-listed on TSX and ASX, with A$123 million in cash as of February 2026, fully funding current activities and a 2026 program budgeted at A$115M.

• CAD 60 million allocated to drilling, CAD 30 million to a 1.2 km decline, and CAD 20 million for regional exploration.

• Decline construction is underway, scheduled for completion by December 2026, enabling underground expansion and first underground drill platforms.

• Maiden resource publication targeted for end of Q1 next year, with technical, metallurgical, geotechnical, and environmental studies ongoing to support economic assessment.

• The project is fully funded through resource establishment, with no commercial royalties and a board holding 4.6% of fully diluted shares.

Resource and exploration details

• 93 intersections exceed 100 g/t gold; 110 intersections exceed 10% antimony, with only about 10% of the mineralized trend explored so far.

• Metallurgical studies show non-refractory ore with 92–96% gold recovery using a simple gravity-flotation process, yielding high recoveries for both gold and antimony.

• Antimony comprises about 20% of in situ recoverable value, with 80% gold.

• Step-out and regional exploration will continue across the 11 km corridor and broader license area.
