Executive summary
Consolidated unaudited financial results reviewed for the quarter and nine months ended 30 June 2025, prepared per Ind AS 34 and approved by the Board of Directors.
Statutory auditors expressed no material misstatement or non-compliance with accounting standards or disclosure requirements.
Financial highlights
Revenue from operations for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 was Rs. 43,468 million, up from Rs. 37,626 million in the same quarter last year.
Profit for the period from continuing operations was Rs. 4,234 million, compared to Rs. 4,370 million in the same quarter last year.
Total comprehensive income for the quarter was Rs. 4,056 million.
Basic and diluted EPS from continuing and discontinued operations for the quarter was Rs. 16.36.
