Revenue for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 increased 15.74% year-over-year to 1.54 billion SAR, driven by strong performance in Publishing, Visual, and Digital Content, but offset by declines in Printing and Packaging.
Net loss for the six-month period was 47.3 million SAR, compared to a net income of 0.9 million SAR in the prior year, while the current quarter saw a net profit of 1.7 million SAR due to reversal of expected credit loss allowance and reduced administrative expenses.
The group completed significant capital restructuring, including a reduction in ownership of a key subsidiary and acquisition of additional interest in another.
Discontinued operations include the cessation of City Pack Company and wind-down of United Security Company, impacting reported results.

Shareholders’ equity at quarter-end was 2,780.96 million SAR, down 15.54% year-over-year.
