Financial Performance and Dividends

• Paid a fully franked dividend of AUD 0.35 per share in FY2026, representing a 39% payout of free cash flow and a 6.5% yield.

• Over AUD 216 million in dividends paid in the last 18 months, totaling AUD 850 million since 2012, with record FY26 dividends of 35cps.

• Cash and bullion reached nearly AUD 1.2 billion by June 2026, with significant debt reduction over two years and a clean, debt-free balance sheet.

• Achieved record statutory NPAT of $715M, record cash flow of $667M, and EBITDA of $1.345B with a 57% margin in FY26.

• Sector-leading dividend yield and strong shareholder returns supported by robust cash flows.

Production, Costs, and Operational Guidance

• FY2026 production guidance set at 360,000–400,000 ounces, with FY27 group guidance at 360–400koz; Duketon contributing 240–270koz and Tropicana 120–130koz.

• All-in sustaining costs projected at US$2,153–$2,441 per ounce for FY26; FY27 group AISC forecasted at $2,990–3,390/oz.

• Growth capital allocated at $180–$194 million for FY26 and $250–270M for FY27, with exploration spend of $58–$65 million in FY26 and $80–90M in FY27.

• Production expected to be stronger in the second half of FY26, with growth capital front-loaded in the first half.

• One-off tax payment scheduled for the December quarter of FY26.

Reserve Replacement, Exploration, and Expansion

• Nearly all reserves mined over the past five years have been replaced, maintaining about 1.4 million ounces at Duketon.

• New ounces added at an average cost of $55 per ounce, with Duketon exploration and resource definition costs averaging A$76/oz from FY23–26.

• Duketon underground reserves grew from 123,000 ounces in 2019 to 714,000 ounces, with 475,000 ounces mined and ~480% growth since 2019.

• Tropicana underground reserves increased from 317,000 to 851,000 ounces, with a 169% increase since 2018 and cumulative UG production now 2.5x the initial Boston Shaker reserve.

• Ongoing drilling at Rosemont and Garden Well, and new discoveries such as Beamish South (270,000 ounces), support resource life and future production.
