Financial Performance and Capital Management

• Net cash and bullion position improved to approximately AUD 1.2 billion over 24 months, with an additional AUD 300 million in revolving credit available.

Operational Highlights and Production Guidance

• FY27 group production guidance is 360,000–400,000 ounces, with Duketon at 240,000–270,000 ounces and Tropicana at 120,000–130,000 ounces.

• Utilized idle mill at Duketon North to capitalize on high gold prices, increasing production despite higher costs.

• All-in sustaining costs have risen due to marginal ounces and higher diesel prices, but cash flow remains strong.

• Growth capital for FY27 is set at AUD 250–270 million, with AUD 80–90 million allocated to exploration.

Resource, Reserve, and Exploration Growth

• Total group mineral resources increased 10% YoY to 8.3Moz, and mineral reserves rose 20% YoY to 2.0Moz, with total reserves at 3.9Moz.

• Duketon reserves remain stable at 1.389 million ounces, with 4.0Moz in resources; Tropicana has 1.6Moz in resources and 0.6Moz in reserves.

• Underground reserves at Duketon increased from 123,000 to 714,000 ounces in six years, with an 850% increase in underground ore reserves since 2019.

• New greenfields discovery at Beamish South, 270,000 ounces of resource, and Ben Hur underground resource at 240,000 ounces, with further growth potential.

• Tropicana underground reserves have tripled to 851,000 ounces, growing 169% since 2018, with ongoing exploration to extend mineralisation.
