Project overview and resource growth

• Hosts two adjacent orogenic gold deposits with a combined 8 million oz resource, open for expansion and with significant exploration upside.

• Past production exceeded 3.8 million oz (1993–2005), with current resources plus past production totaling over 11 million oz.

• Five NI 43-101 resource estimates completed in five years, with an 86% resource growth in just over two years.

• Recent drilling expanded Wenot Indicated resources to 1.45 Moz (+49%) and Inferred to 4.0 Moz (+7.6%), while Gilt Creek resources increased by 700,000 oz to 2.4 Moz.

Deposit characteristics and exploration

• Wenot is a shear-hosted deposit with multiple vertical gold zones, identified to -1200m depth, and open pit/underground potential.

• Gilt Creek is an intrusion-hosted, compact underground deposit with robust grades (avg. 3.3 g/t Au) and demonstrated depth potential beyond 967m.

• Drilling at Wenot continues to intersect high-grade, wide gold zones at depth, supporting underground mining options.

• Both deposits exhibit distinct geophysical signatures, aiding exploration targeting.

• Multiple regional and near-mine exploration targets identified, including untested extensions and geophysical anomalies.

Infrastructure, jurisdiction, and permitting

• Located in Guyana, a top mining-friendly jurisdiction with strong government and community support.

• Excellent infrastructure: road access to major cities, proximity to planned hydro and gas power projects, and existing tailings capacity.

• Brownfield status with extensive historical data, existing facilities, and a clear permitting path; EIA application submitted and 2-year environmental permit granted.

• Community engagement and baseline environmental studies are ongoing to support permitting and future development.
