Opening remarks and agenda

Financial performance review

• Group revenue reached AUD 19.6 billion, up 0.7% (3.8% ex-tobacco); EBIT was AUD 503.7 million, up 1.6% excluding strategy/integration costs.

• EBITDA was AUD 761.7 million, up 1.9%; reported PAT AUD 279.1 million, down 1.5%; operating cash flow AUD 558 million.

• Underlying profit after tax was AUD 268.8 million; EPS at AUD 0.245.

• Total dividends were AUD 0.18 per share, fully franked, representing approximately 74% of UPAT.

• Food sales AUD 10.5 billion (-0.6%), Liquor AUD 5.4 billion (+1.0%), Hardware & Tools AUD 3.7 billion (+4.3%).
