Executive summary
Fiscal 2026 revenue was $15.1 billion, flat year-over-year on a reported basis and down 3% in constant currency; adjusted EBITDA rose to $2.7 billion and adjusted pretax income to $581 million, with net income at $198 million.

Financial highlights
Adjusted EBITDA was $2.7 billion (17.7% margin); adjusted pretax income was $581 million (3.9% margin); adjusted EPS was $1.46, up from $1.19 in FY25.
Free cash flow for fiscal 2026 was $406 million, converting nearly 100% of adjusted pretax income less cash taxes.
Q4 2026 revenue was $3.77 billion, with adjusted EBITDA margin at 18.3% and adjusted pretax margin at 4.3%.
Hyperscaler-related revenue grew 59% year-over-year to $1.9 billion, exceeding the $1.8 billion target.
FY 2026 cash and equivalents were $2.62 billion; debt was $4.09 billion.
Outlook and guidance
Fiscal 2027 adjusted pretax income expected between $600 million and $700 million, including $200 million in workforce rebalancing charges.
Free cash flow projected at $400 million–$500 million; revenue expected to be flat to down 2% in constant currency.
Adjusted EBITDA margin expected at approximately 18.3% for FY27.
Fiscal 2028 targets: over $1.2 billion in adjusted pre-tax income and more than $1 billion in free cash flow, achievable with low single-digit revenue growth.
Second half of fiscal 2027 anticipated to be stronger than the first half.
