Executive summary

EBITA for the nine months was SEK 233.1 million, with an unchanged EBITA margin of 5.4%; Q3 EBITA rose to SEK 77.4 million, margin up to 6.3%.
Financial highlights
Group sales reached SEK 1.2 billion in Q3, down 7.9% year-over-year; adjusted for acquisitions, divestments, and FX, decline was 3%.
Adjusted EBITA/EBITDA for Q3 was SEK 62.5 million, up from SEK 57.9 million last year; margin improved to 5.1% from 4.4%.
Rolling 12-month revenue at SEK 5.9 billion with an EBITDA margin of 5.5%.
Cash and cash equivalents at period end were SEK 211.5 million.
Net debt stands at SEK 608 million, leverage ratio at 1.2, well below the target of 2.
