Executive summary
Net sales for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, rose 5.9% year-over-year to ¥18,253 million.
Operating profit declined 20.3% year-over-year to ¥4,279 million.
Net profit more than doubled year-over-year, reaching ¥7,631 million, up 108.5%.
Diluted earnings per share increased to ¥279.64 from ¥134.11 year-over-year.
Financial highlights
Gross profit for the nine months was ¥8,465 million, down from ¥9,039 million year-over-year.
Selling, general and administrative expenses increased to ¥4,185 million from ¥3,669 million.
Ordinary profit fell 19.9% year-over-year to ¥4,291 million.
Extraordinary income of ¥6,763 million, mainly from gain on sale of investment securities, boosted net profit.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year net sales forecasted at ¥26,300 million, up 13.9% year-over-year.
Full-year profit projected at ¥9,340 million, a 91.0% increase year-over-year.
Basic earnings per share for the full year expected to reach ¥342.22.
