Executive summary
Net sales for FY3/26 (fiscal year ended March 31, 2026) reached ¥29,672 million, a 4.6% increase year-over-year.
Operating profit rose 15.6% year-over-year to ¥12,156 million.
Profit attributable to owners of parent increased 21.0% year-over-year to ¥9,074 million.
Comprehensive income for the year was ¥10,212 million, up from ¥8,853 million the previous year.

Ordinary profit grew 14.0% year-over-year to ¥14,141 million.
Net income per share for FY3/26 was ¥365.74, up from ¥342.43 in FY3/25.
Equity-to-asset ratio remained strong at 87.1%.
Cash and cash equivalents at year-end totaled ¥22,009 million, down from ¥24,813 million.
Positive operating profit drivers included higher sales and profit from chemicals, while negative factors included increased SG&A expenses and decreased gross profit from purchased products.
