Executive summary
Q2 and H1 FY26 saw strong financial performance, with revenue up 1.2% year-over-year and record SUV penetration at 71%, aided by GST 2.0 reforms and a vibrant festive season.
Rural sales reached a record high of nearly 24%, and exports grew 22% year-over-year, with notable growth in Middle East, Africa, and Mexico.

Financial highlights
Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations was ₹174,608 million, up from ₹169,608 million in Q2 FY25; standalone revenue was ₹170,610 million, up from ₹165,969 million.
EBITDA rose to ₹24,289 million (13.9% margin) from ₹22,053 million (12.8% margin) year-over-year.
EBIT reached ₹19,114 million (10.9% margin), up from ₹16,868 million (9.8% margin) in Q2 FY25.
PAT was ₹15,723 million (8.9% margin), compared to ₹13,755 million (7.9% margin) last year; H1 FY26 consolidated PAT was ₹29,415 million, up from ₹28,651 million.
Total Q2 sales were 190,921 vehicles, with domestic sales at 139,521 and exports up 21.5% year-over-year.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects to maintain industry growth pace domestically and exceed original export guidance (7-8% growth) for FY26.
Margin pressure anticipated in the near term due to incremental costs from the new Pune/Talegaon plant, but healthy margins expected as operations ramp up.
Continued demand momentum for SUVs and rural markets, with product innovation and technology upgrades, including connected and electric vehicles, as a focus.
New VENUE launch on November 4th, 2025, is expected to drive growth and reduce discounting.
