Financial performance review

• Achieved record 2025 revenues of $22.6 billion, gross profit of $3.6 billion, and parts/service gross profit of $1.6 billion.

• Adjusted net income from continuing operations was $524.5 million, with adjusted diluted EPS of $40.71.

• Acquired several dealerships in the U.S. and U.K., expected to generate $640 million in annual revenue, while disposing of 13 dealerships generating $775 million in annualized revenues.
