Marketing adjusted EBITDA was $15 million, nearly doubling from $8 million in Q2 2025, driven by improved margins and product mix diversification.
Consolidated adjusted EBITDA was $169 million, a $22 million increase year-over-year.
Distributable cash flow was $96 million, up $15 million from Q2 2025.
Market capitalization of $5.0B and enterprise value of $7.9B as of June 30, 2026.
Outlook and guidance
Marketing adjusted EBITDA is trending toward the upper end of the $40 million full-year range.
Deploying $700M to $1B in growth capital over the next five years, targeting 7%+ average annual Infrastructure EBITDA per share growth.
Expect leverage to return to the 3x–3.5x target range by early 2027.
Dividend payout ratio and net debt to adjusted EBITDA are expected to remain temporarily elevated until a full year of Chauvin contribution is realized.
