Financial highlights
Q2 2026 revenue was $47 million, up from $43 million year-over-year; first half revenue reached $89 million, up 23%.
Q2 2026 gross profit was $20 million (43% margin), compared to $19 million (44% margin) last year; first half gross profit was $36 million, up from $21 million.
Q2 2026 net loss was $177 million ($0.75/share) due to the impairment; adjusted net loss was $1 million ($0.01/share).
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA for Q2 2026 was $11 million.
Cash and equivalents at quarter-end were $58 million, excluding $16 million in post-quarter 45Z tax credit proceeds.
Outlook and guidance
2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance raised to over $60 million, more than double prior outlook, driven by new Canada CFR pathway, increased 45Z tax credits, specialty fuels revenue, and operational execution.
2027 adjusted EBITDA expected to be broadly in line with 2026, factoring in non-recurring revenue and production uplifts.
Operating cash flow expected to be neutral to positive for 2026, with meaningful positive cash flow in the second half.
Debottlenecking project on track for completion by year-end; North Dakota expansion financing targeted for H2 2026, with completion in 2028.
