Executive summary
Q3 FY2026 revenue reached ¥649 million, up 13.3% YoY, with ARR at ¥2.39 billion (+11.3% YoY).
Cumulative revenue for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, was ¥1,870.6 million (+13.2% YoY), with EBITDA of ¥510.6 million (+16.9% YoY), and operating income of ¥269.6 million (+46.4% YoY).
Net income for Q3 was ¥68 million, up 2047% YoY, and cumulative net income attributable to shareholders was ¥154.7 million (+164.8% YoY).
Growth was driven by expanded adoption of cloud-based reservation management systems, new product launches, and direct sales expansion into esthetics and relaxation.
Contracted store count grew to 22,880 (+14.1% YoY), with customer churn rate maintained at a low 0.64%.
Financial highlights
Gross profit for Q3 was ¥1,447.8 million, with a gross margin of 77.4%.
Operating margin improved to 14.4% from 11.1% in the prior year.
