Net income for Q2 2026 was $14.1M ($0.79/share), up from $6.1M ($0.40/share) in Q2 2025 and rebounding from $273,000 ($0.02/share) in Q1 2026, driven by the Susquehanna acquisition and higher net interest income.
Six-month net income was $14.3M ($0.81/share), compared to $12.4M ($0.80/share) in the prior year period.

Noninterest expense for Q2 2026 was $23.8M, up $4.4M year-over-year and $1.1M sequentially, mainly due to increased donations and legal fees; six-month noninterest expense was $46.6M, up $8.1M.
Efficiency ratio improved to 60.1% in Q2 2026 from 65.2% in Q2 2025 and 61.6% in Q1 2026.
Provision for credit losses was a credit of $1.8M in Q2 2026 (vs. $2.4M expense in Q2 2025); six-month provision was $11.8M (vs. $2.6M in 2025), driven by a large commercial real estate charge-off.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects continued integration of Susquehanna to drive growth in net earning assets, noninterest income, and efficiency improvements.
