Executive summary
Sales and profit increased for the nine months and third quarter ended December 31, 2025, with notable strength in Watches and Machine Tools, especially overseas.
Net sales rose 6.4% year-over-year to ¥257.1 billion; operating profit up 25.5% to ¥23.9 billion; ordinary profit up 38.2% to ¥30.4 billion.
Profit attributable to owners of parent was ¥22.2 billion, nearly flat year-over-year, as gains on investment securities were offset by extraordinary losses from custom duties.
The consolidated financial forecast for FY2025 was revised upward, reflecting strong business momentum and favorable exchange rates.
