Customer satisfaction reached an all-time high, with Net Promoter Score (NPS) at 31.4, up 2.1 points year-over-year.
Financial highlights
Q3 adjusted revenue was £4.98bn, down 4% year-over-year; adjusted UK service revenue was £3.84bn, down 1%.
Q3 adjusted EBITDA was £2.08bn, down 1% year-over-year.
Q3 reported profit before tax was £183m, down £244m, mainly due to a £214m share of losses from the Sports JV.
For the nine months to December, adjusted revenue was £14.78bn, down 4% year-over-year; adjusted EBITDA was £6.20bn, down 1%.
Outlook and guidance
On track to achieve full-year financial guidance, including cash flow inflection to approximately £2.0bn next year and £3.0bn by the end of the decade.
