Complete event summary combining all related documents: earnings call transcript, report, and slide presentation.Executive summary
Net revenues for Q2 2026 were $68.8 million, down 8.2% year-over-year, primarily due to a 9.5% drop in product volume and persistent weak demand in key channels.
Gross margin improved to 8.5%, up from prior quarters, aided by operational efficiencies, though still below the prior year's 10.6% due to higher material and manufacturing costs.
Net income reached $16.4 million, a turnaround from a $31.8 million net loss a year ago, driven by a $57.7 million non-cash gain on debt extinguishment.
Operating expenses fell to $36.7 million, including a $11 million arbitration settlement credit and $4.7 million in share-based compensation.
Adjusted EBITDA loss was $27.7 million (-40.2% margin), slightly worse than the prior year, but cash use improved significantly.

excellent app, it gives me free access to company earnings calls and annual reports. I also love the convenience of calls being available offline so I can listen in whilst doing other things and even when internet or WiFi isn't available.
One of the very few apps you could call perfect. If something was to add to it, maybe the share price of the company when you search for it, but it's already excellent.
