Adjusted EBITDA for the six months was negative $3.3 million, an improvement from negative $3.5 million YoY; Q2 2026 adjusted EBITDA loss was $1.5 million (vs. $1.7 million Q2 2025).
Cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash totaled $5.8 million as of June 30, 2026, up from $0.7 million a year earlier, mainly due to equity financing.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects to fund operations using cash on hand, operational cash flows, and additional equity or debt financing, but substantial doubt exists about the ability to continue as a going concern for at least one year.
