Executive summary
- Achieved record profitability in the first nine months of 2025, with profit before tax up 64% year-over-year to €7.7bn and all business segments delivering double-digit profit growth and ROTE above 10%. 
- Revenue grew 7% year-over-year to €24.4bn, supporting the full-year target of around €32bn before FX effects.

- Q3 2025 revenues reached €8.0bn, up 7% year-over-year; profit before tax €2.4bn, up 8%. 
- Non-interest expenses down 8% year-over-year, mainly due to lower non-operating costs from non-repeat of litigation provisions. 
- Customer deposits rose to €663bn, and assets under management increased by €140bn over the last twelve months.

- On track to meet or exceed all 2025 strategy goals, including revenue and cost targets, with post-tax ROTE above 10% and cost/income ratio below 65%. 
- FY 2025 revenue ambition remains on track, with ~€32bn 9M 2025 revenues in line with CAGR target. 
- Provision for credit losses expected to be lower in H2 2025 than H1, reflecting portfolio strength. 
- CET1 ratio target remains 13.5–14.0% with a 50% payout ratio from 2025. 
- Expect lending in the core bank to benefit from German fiscal stimulus and accelerate in 2026.
